Same-Day Dispatch

If you place an order before 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch it the same day.
Orders after 11:00 AM will be dispatched next working day.
Please note that stock coming from our Widnes Store may require additional time to dispatch. Check the estimated dispatch date on the product pages before ordering.

Orders Placed on Weekends or Bank Holidays

Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Next-Day Delivery

Please note that next-day delivery applies only to working days and excludes weekends.

Stock Availability

Our website provides live, up-to-date stock information, which is generally accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur, and an item may be unavailable. In the unlikely event of an issue with stock or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. To ensure we can reach you promptly, please include a valid contact number and email address when placing your order.

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores.

Simply order your items, select Pickup at checkout and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags and labels are included
• You include your order details (name, address and order number)

For non-faulty items there is no need to contact us before returning the item.
